ICE Kolbi Prepaid Sim Cards for Costa Rica!

About a year ago Costa Rica Cellular Connection was granted the right to sell Prepaid Sim Cards for people traveling to Costa Rica, which was great news for our customers, since this is the most affordable option on the market today. This allows for people with unlocked phones to use their own phone with a sim card provided by our company. We are able to get our products to our customers in the US and Canada before they leave for their trip to Costa Rica, so they don't have to wait in line, or spend any extra time at the airport in Costa Rica. We are also able have a a sim card, 3g phone, or wireless internet card delivered to a desired location in Costa Rica, like a hotel or language school.

We get a lot of our business from people that assume they will get their telecommunications need met at the airport through the ICE stand, only to find out that their system is down, or no one is manning the booth upon arrival!! I'm not sure if this is always true so we decided to check it out on our last few trips to Costa Rica. To sum it up, between my wife and myself we have had several trips that involved being in the San Jose airport after 8PM, and I have never seen anyone at the ICE booth!

Costa Rica Cellular Connection provides SIM CARDS, Unlocked 3G phones, and Wireless Internet for travelers heading to Costa Rica. Contact us today at 1-866-353-6492 or on the web at www.costaricacellularconnection.com.

iPhone 4 and iPad in Costa Rica!

Costa Rica Cellular Connection can provide you with your Sim Card needs for your US iPhone, and iPhone 4 models, and data connections for iPads. iPhones require a different size Sim Card, called a Micro Sim, and we are able to modify the Kolbi Sim Cards to provide service to iPhone users. In fact, we have spent the last week driving around Costa Rica and testing the service on our own iPhone, and have been pretty impressed with the service. I would say it's been comparable or better than my 4G service I use in the US from Verizon. iPad users can also purchase a prepaid sim card and use one of our datacards to access the internet at 3g speeds anywhere in the country where the network reaches. We found this to be a huge help this last trip, because many of the hotels provide a local wi-fi connection, usually in a small common area, but internet access outside of that, especially in the hotel room proved to be more difficult to connect.

If you have another type of Smart Phone or any other phone and have a place to put a Sim Card, and have the phone unlocked by your carrier, you can also purchase one of our Sim Cards for the most affordable voice and data rates available in Costa Rica.
